The property is located in a picturesque village of West Dorset U.K. My clients brief included reconfiguring the ground floor layout, including extending the existing footprint, providing a versatile open plan kitchen / breakfast and entertaining space. A reconfigured and extended upper floor , provides an additional master bedroom suite, including external balcony, capturing the far reaching seascape and countryside of the 'jurassic coast '. Local planning requirements, were adhered to, whilst considering the clients` brief. The project design was granted planning consent in February 2025
